Noted Terms

Exclusivity: PM TO AM guarantees me 100% exclusive rights to my data, leads, and system.

Third-Party Fees: I understand I am responsible for all additional third-party fees required to run my marketing system effectively, including (but not limited to) ad spend, phone number usage, domain, and emailing fees.

Ad Spend: Minimum recommended budget is $5/day. This is not included in the package price.

Marketing System Acknowledgement: I understand that PM TO AM is a marketing service provider and not a direct lead vendor. I acknowledge that PM TO AM is providing me the tools and training to generate my own leads using social media and online campaigns. PM TO AM does not control ad results or platform changes and will collaborate with me to optimize performance and make adjustments as needed.
